    Andrew is a rare commodity these days – good with numbers AND with people. He is a Certified Payroll Professional and has literally grown up in the payroll industry. Andrew’s focus is ensuring that CPS maintains its dedication to service and technology. He constantly evaluates new products and services so we can provide the best experience possible to our clients. Andrew is active in the community and holds several board positions. He and his wife have two fur babies that keep him company while he watches the Razorbacks and builds computers in his spare time.

        You know when Betty Jo enters the room – once you’ve heard that laugh, you don’t forget it. Betty Jo loves people. A graduate of Hendrix College, her degree in Humanities shows not only in the importance she places on understanding each client’s needs, but also when she starts thinking outside the box. She has created a company that listens and serves our clients as if they were our own family. Her orientation to service is not limited to CPS – she is active in her church, and supports many community causes including homeless assistance, organ donation and epilepsy awareness.

            Rita King

            Rita has a passion for precision and excellence that is rarely seen these days. Whether she is preparing a tax return, sending a bank file, or chopping veggies for a stir fry, you can count on Rita to always give it 100%. She is continually building new client relationships and her knowledge of client businesses is invaluable for the preparation and review of payroll tax filings.  In her spare time, Rita enjoys spending time with her pets and working on home improvement projects.

                Belinda joined the CPS team in April of 2020, and while she double majored in English and Writing with a passion for writing, she quickly realized she also had a love for Payroll and Customer Service. Over the course of her career, she progressed quickly from a Payroll Specialist to a Senior Payroll Administrator to her current position of Implementation Manager. She demonstrates the proven ability to coordinate and manage client implementations from start to finish but also values establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients. When she not working, Belinda enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, and volunteering at her church.

                    Christine hit the ground running here at CPS. Bright and service oriented, she sets goals, achieves them, surpasses them, and then sets new goals. Her love of learning translates into a strong knowledge of payroll and a desire to stay abreast of the latest trends in our industry. Christine doesn’t slow down when she leaves work – she loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking, reading, and music.

                        A proud Scottish native, customer service comes naturally to Samantha. She has always loved payroll and welcomed the opportunity to join CPS after relocating to Little Rock. She finds the ever-evolving laws and regulations interesting, enjoys keeping up with the new publications, and is very proud of her recently acquired FPC Certification. After traveling the world as a child, Samantha made Little Rock home and enjoys gardening, reading, and of course being with her family and dogs.

                            Brianna has a love for learning and teaching! She considers herself an eternal student and loves finding ways to use what she is learning to make the payroll process as easy as possible for each one of our clients. She comes from a big family so she grew up understanding that every member of a team is important, and you should always be quick to lend a helping hand.

                            She stays active and busy with several hobbies, and she is very active in her local church, community, and several local Foster Care organizations. In any spare time, she has she loves reading, writing, and spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and bunny.

Her client service skills are out of this world, and her professional goal is to make each client happy and satisfied by going out of her way to go above and beyond their expectations. This goal carries on into all aspects of her life, as she does her best to make everyone feel special and loved by showing them concern and respect. In her spare time, Vonda enjoys singing, reading, and enjoying family and friends.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Arkansas. A true student of life, she is always looking for ways to grow and improve herself. She specializes in HRIS systems, data management, and process improvement. In her spare time, she is a music and comedy enthusiast who loves attending live shows and discovering new artists.

                                        Christina’s mother used to tell her that if she was only allotted so many words a day, she would use them up by 8 am. This dynamic and engaging attitude has served her well in the 10 plus years that she has spent in the HR/Payroll field. Her personality and experience allows her to connect and partner with clients quickly to make all of their processes as smooth and as efficient as possible. It is her belief that efficiency and connection are the keys to happiness in the workplace. In her spare time, she is a voracious reader and can probably be found next to a TBR pile taller than her.

                                            Greg grew up in Springfield, MO where he had childhood dreams of becoming a pro football player, pro golfer, or even a pro musician. Those dreams turned into hobbies including playing music, playing golf, and watching football. Of course, having attended the University of Arkansas, he’s a Razorbacks fan. “Love any Hogs games we can catch,” he said. When asked about his career, Greg said, “I never thought about working in the HR Industry before as I had been in the printing industry for years followed by owning my own company, but a recurring theme was technology and improving efficiencies for myself and for my clients. HR and payroll are tremendously dependent on streamlining the workforce for the company, the work itself, and the employees. I love helping my clients get to a point where things run smoothly without all of the headaches surrounding that process.”

                                                Crystal Fowlkes

                                                Crystal Fowlkes is a Payroll Profession with 18+ years of Payroll experience. She has done Payroll for City Government, Healthcare, Education and more. She specializes in End-to-End payroll processing but enjoys all components of getting payroll completed. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller companies and believes that no task/job is too small when she is are dealing with someone’s livelihood. Crystal is very big on Customer Service and believes that it is her job to make sure her customers are given the utmost respect and attention they deserve. She desires to learn as much as she can about the Payroll Industry so that she is able to offer the best customer experience when she is on the job. She is very eager to help whenever and wherever she is needed. One of her favorite sayings is “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

                                                When she is not at work, she enjoys supporting her children as they travel doing Elite Sports! She volunteers at various organizations when she finds time and she also loves to shop and sleep!
