Our Founder

Combined Financial Services was founded in 1992 by Guy Dillahunty, who set the groundwork for the company’s early direction. In October of 2000, following his retirement, the business was purchased by Betty Jo King. Under Betty Jo’s leadership, we’ve not only upheld the core principles on which we were established but also expanded our reach and reputation. Her dedication to providing reliable, client-focused payroll outsourcing services allowed Complete Payroll to grow steadily and build long-term relationships with businesses that valued her expertise and personal approach. Thanks to her commitment and vision, Complete Payroll has continued to thrive well beyond its original foundation.

After adopting the DBA Complete Payroll, our company entered a new era of growth and innovation. We expanded beyond traditional payroll processing to offer modern solutions that meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
